Trading on the FOREX and/or CFD markets is characterized by high risk. Before deciding to invest in this endeavor you must consider your levels of ability and experience. Never invest funds that you cannot afford to lose. The client is entirely and solely responsible for the consideration of risks present and his trading strategy.

Many instruments are highly volatile. The client must understand, that as a result of trading with volatile instruments, his/her potential profits/losses are greatly increased.

Using leverage exponentially increases potential reward as well as risk. Leverage results in seemingly insignificant movements of the rate yielding great changes to the client’s account equity.

The client understands that he is responsible for risks resulting from technical and electric failures. Including but not limited to:

  • Any hardware and/or software failures on the client’s equipment
  • Any kind of wrong settings on the client’s platform and/or equipment
  • Non updated version of the client’s platform
  • Wrong usage of client’s hardware and/or software

Client is responsible for unplanned trades resulting from orders mistakenly sent before the original order has been honored.

Client is responsible for losses incurred as a result of any force majeure events.

Confidentiality Policy

Lionstone Investment Services Ltd. does not reveal any private information about its clients to any unaffiliated third parties except cases where the law may require it.

Lionstone Investment Services Ltd. does not reveal any private information of former clients. Information that remains in our database after the client has entered the category of former/inactive clients, Lionstone Investment Services Ltd. continues to uphold its confidentiality policy.

Your personal information is protected, access to it is limited to authorized personnel and only for business related purposes.

If our confidentiality policy changes, we will inform you of that prior to such changes taking place.

Limit of Sales by Jurisdiction

Services and products of Lionstone Investment Services Ltd. are not offered in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and the United States of America or in any judicially defined subjects of the aforementioned countries. If you are a resident or citizen of these countries, you must not regard any communication, including e-mails, advertisements and telephone calls, as attempts of attracting you to sign a client agreement with Lionstone Investment Services Ltd.

Delivery of Statements by Electronic Media

The client acknowledges that Lionstone Investment Services Ltd.will post confirmations of trades and account information on the internet in lieu of delivery by email or mail. The client can request to have the information delivered by the means of email or mail, however the client understands that such methods may require additional fees. Receipt of all information must be checked by the client for accuracy and any disputes must be immediately sent to Lionstone Investment Services Ltd.The information is considered received as soon as it is sent even if the client has not had the chance to acquaint him/herself with it. The client is responsible for any changes to his contact email address and must immediately inform Lionstone Investment Services Ltd. of such changes.

This agreement is considered active until Lionstone Investment Services Ltd. receives a written request of revocation from the client. With his signature the client agrees to these conditions and states that he/she has the means to receive the information.

Any information transmitted electronically is considered valid and binding unless the client disputes its validity immediately.

Online Account Activation Agreement

1 . Account Activation

Accounts opened online are activated immediately. Thereby, the client instantly has all the privileges of depositing funds and carrying transactions with all the instruments offered by Lionstone Investment Services Ltd.

2 . Identifying Documents

The client acknowledges that he must send a copy of a government ID document (Passport, Driver's License, Registration Card, etc.) within five (5) days of the account activation. The document must carry a photograph and a signature.

3 . Account Deactivation

The client understands that Lionstone Investment Services Ltd. reserves the right to close any and all open positions if he/she fails to provide adequate identifying documents within the time stated in section 2 herein. In that case all funds remaining on the account will be refunded back to the client less any applicable fees.

4 . Liability

Client hereby acknowledges that Lionstone Investment Services Ltd. or any of its affiliated parties, directors, employees or agents are not responsible for any losses, lost profits or fees resulting from the deactivation of the account as discussed in section 3.
